Visual Dialog Branches MV v1.1.1 - Toolbar Fix

Bug Fix:

• Fixed missing "Edit" button in editor toolbar that was accidentally removed

• Reorganized toolbar layout to display all 16 buttons properly across 3 rows (7 buttons per row)

• Adjusted button spacing to prevent cutoff on standard 816px screen width

• All toolbar buttons now fully visible and accessible
